Angie's Wings Boutique

Angie's Wings Boutique is named after my sister in law Angela  Twitty Richardson. "Angie" as she was affectionately known was a wife and the mother of two small children. Angela had impeccable style and sense of fashion.  She could pair my brother's baggy jeans and sweater,  with a patent leather trench coat, newsboy cap and her leopard print Stuart Weitzman  ankle booties!

 She was an avid reader of all genres but her favorite were African American novels.  A love for the finer things  few of Angie's guilty pleasures were her numerous subscriptions to fashion magazines, especially Italian Vogue,  a good bottle of wine,  Tostito's with salsa, shopping at Neimann Marcus and the stationary card aisle at Target!

 A savvy shopper with an eye for detail  Angie was always finding  great and unusual gifts for her loved ones. 

She loved to try products she had seen on Oprah's Favorites Things show! 

Tragically, in 2008 Angela succumbed to Pancreatic cancer. Although she is no longer with us in the physical body her loving-spirit will forever surround us like angel wings protecting us from harm. 

A dream that we often discussed was to one day open a boutique of unique items that supported women owned businesses. Angie's Wings Boutique is an honor to a remarkable soul.
