We care about your journey. We have fun classes for almost everyone! Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Barre, TRX, Latin dance , Mommy & Me Tai Chi and Senior fitness classes.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, making it fun and accessible so that it becomes a part of your lifestyle.
I took my first yoga class 30+ years ago, but I did not practice with consistency until 11 years ago when I became an instructor. I have learned that yoga is patience, repetition and coming to the mat whether I am bored or tired or I just don't feel like it. The practice of yoga has taught me that when I am moving through postures, breathing, and meditating there is no sense of the future and no sense of the past. There is only "now" and a deeper connection to the spirit that we all share.
Angela, a classically trained ballerina studied Performing Arts with Bergen Community College, the University of FMU Macedonia: Contemporary Ballet Teacher and Choreographer, and DMBUC National HS of Music and Ballet. Her professional work includes teaching ballet and as a Professional Classical Ballet Dancer in North Macedonia. Angela teaches Barre and Movement HarmonyWhen Angela isn't teaching she works in NYC as a professional make up artist. Her specialty is theatrical make up.
Wildflower is of the Navajo lineage. She is an expert seamstress doing custom work for Harley Davidson bikers. She is ordained performing house cleansings, weddings, intuitive readings and leads our monthly Drum Circle & Meditation.
I am a certified Personal trainer, a Yoga instructor and a certified full spectrum Doula who's passionate about helping others achieve their highest potential in all aspects of their lives.
I am the mother of 4 wonderful children and have learned from experience the important of living a healthy lifestyle encompassing not just the physical health but also the mind and spirit.
I enjoy working with individuals that are determined to change their life.
Jaylynn, our resident Twerk Goddess is co-Creator of the WGF Bootyful Naughty Girl Dance Fitness Method.
Jaylynn is certified in personal training, Barre and Yoga. Her focus is in helping women connect with their goddess" energy and the "Divine Feminine" via activation of their "Root Chakras through the isometric movements and voluntary muscular contractions involved. She enjoys empowering her students through this often intimidating artform.
I discovered my yoga practice during the spring of 2019 at Shiva Shanti Yoga School. I instantly noticed the physical and mental health benefits yoga had to offer and I decided I wanted to deepen my practice.
Yoga became my balance in life, and after completing my YTT in 2020, I knew my purpose was to share the beautiful things that yoga had taught me so far.
I aim to bring the traditional yoga teachings through dharma talk, asana, and meditation and to continue to grow with my students.
Jessica is a first grade teacher, mother of two, and advocate for all women. Jessica completed the Moksha Vinyasa Teacher Training as well as completed Children’s Yoga Teacher Training through Peace Play. “My focus is to make yoga accessible to everyone. All of us should be able to participate in practices that heal, strengthen, and empower our bodies, spirits and psyche without restriction.
Jessica, discovered WGF when "I decided to get my potato body in shape".
When introducing aerial to students she has a ‘let’s try it’ and just have fun approach, taking joy in reconnecting students to their childlike-selves. "The hammock is another part of the jungle gym".
"It's an awesome experience to see students expressions when discovering the joys and seeing what they’re capable of in the silk".
Jessica, completed the Sage Shamanic/Anya YTT under the tutelage of Courtney Bauer, NYC
Minnie, has 20+ years as Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. You name it Minnie can teach it! "My signature style focuses on form, function and fun". "I believe in building strong healthy bodies with challenging workouts that leave you feeling fantastic". A certified Crystal Healer, Access Bars practitioner and Singing Bowls practitioner and is available by appointment for any one of our energy healing services.

Nicole discovered yoga as an outlet for her stress relief and anxiety. Yoga came into her life at the perfect moment; it helped heal the anxiety she was feeling and she never looked back! After several years of attending classes at different studios, Nicole decided to take the plunge and deepen her practice and enroll in a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Brett Larkin. As her professional journey continues, Nicole is excited to share her newly-found knowledge and love for yoga with students
Paula, affectionately known as "PJ" is not your average grandmother of three! She began her fitness journey in 2017 after a health scare that made her realize what was most important.
When PJ isn't working at her corporate job in NYC she is either completing a plank challenge or helping her son at the Kappa Lounge located in Harlem, NYC.
"If only our eyes saw souls instead of bodies. How different our ideals of beauty would be". PJ teaches TRX, HIIT & Bootcamp.
Rachel is a certified yoga teacher specializing in Buti Movement® and Vinyasa. Her journey into ancient bodywork and dance began as a way to heal health issues and anxiety. She discovered Buti at a women's retreat and signed up the next day for certification.

Barry, has a 3rd degree Black belt in Combat Jujitsu and holds a first degree in the art of the Samurai sword. Sensei Barry instructs enforcement and personal protection individuals. His training includes various throwing arts, and weapons. Barry graduated with a BSEET from NJIT. He also instructs fitness classes, including Zumba®, Zumba Gold® and Tai Chi. Barry is a member of the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA/NASM) and is certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer.
Hollye, has a MS in Exercise Science & Sports Studies, Concentration in Exercise Physiology from William Paterson University. Cancer Exercise Specialist.
This Breast Cancer survivor, & founder of the Fitness Angels 501c3 has a love for metaphysical practices and healing modalities and has accepted the calling as "lightworker" whose mission is to educate, bring enlightenment to those searching for higher consciousness and wellness thus, helping to heal the world one being at a time.
