This 2 Day Beginner Yoga workshop is a 2-day intensive and a great way to begin a yoga practice. If you are looking to begin a yoga practice before the summer gets underway this two day is for you! You will learn yoga fundamentals to develop a safe and healing practice. Students will learn the basics of yogic breathing, sun salutations, yoga postures, and relaxation techniques.
This workshop consists of two, three-hour sessions.
